After you have logged in,  you should see "Welcome..."  and "Log Out" links to the left of the Shopping Cart section on the right of the page.  Clicking on the "Welcome..." link will take you to your profile information which is available for update.

If you've paged all the way through to submit your order and received an error due to credit card processing, take the following actions based on the error code you received:
 
Error Code Reason Action
1 Voice Authorization Required Since this is not a face to face transaction, another card or payment method will need to be used.
4 Duplicate Transaction No action. This error is generated when identical information is submitted within a close time frame.
13 Processing Error Send an email to webmaster@healthyhearthelp.com with name and order amount, and error code.
14 Processing Error Send an email to webmaster@healthyhearthelp.com with name and order amount, and error code.
15 Processing Error Wait 5 minutes and try the transaction again. If the problem continues send an email to webmaster@healthyhearthelp.com with name and order amount, and error code.
18 Processing Error Wait 5 minutes and try the transaction again. If the problem continues send an email to webmaster@healthyhearthelp.com with name and order amount, and error code.
20 Processing Error Send an email to custserv@healthyhearthelp.com with name, order amount, and error code.
21 Processing Error Send an email to custserv@healthyhearthelp.com with name, order amount, and error code.
22 Card Validation Did Not Pass Please validate that the,  number, billing address, and security code of the card is correct. If this is still a problem, another card or payment method will need to be used.
23 Address Verification Failed Please ensure that the billing address is the exact same as it is listed on your statement. If your address has changed recently, you may want to try your previous address.  If this is still a problem, another card or payment method will need to be used.
36 Insufficient Funds Another card or payment method will need to be used.
37 CVV Code Not Matched Validate the card’s security (CVV) code and try again.
39 Declined Send an email to webmaster@healthyhearthelp.com with name and order amount, and error code.
40 Generally Declined Contact your card’s bank for more information on reason
47 Card Type Not Accepted Please use a VISA, MasterCard, or Discover card. If one of these is not available, please use the PayPal option.  Membership is not required.
48 Expiration Date Not Matched Validate the card’s expiration date and try again.

In the upper right hand corner of the website, you will find a Track Your Order link. Enter your Order/Confirmation number (presented on your receipt) and click the View button.

If you have a registered account, you can also use this page to view your Order History once you have logged in.

Per our Terms and Conditions, which are actively agreed to upon placing your order, orders can take up to seven (7) business days to process and ship.
